How our fees work

Traditional retainers are available

A fixed amount is charged for a fixed period of time, such as a quarter or a year. Fees are not based primarily on the amount of time spent, but on the level of expertise required and the desired result. Under this fee arrangement, clients do not get billed for time and expenses, unless they want to.

Project based fees

Both fixed fees and contingency fees are available for project based and other short duration engagements.

Traditional hourly billing

We accommodate clients who prefer hourly billing on a  periodic basis.

A word about our fees

image24

We are transaction specialists

We can best serve clients who are actively involved in transaction planning and implementation. Sometimes we are called in to restructure transactions already in progress or to resolve disputes.

image25

If you are seeking general business advice

It might not be economical to retain us unless you have a specific transaction in progress, or actively in planning.

image26

As a general rule of thumb

A client's transaction value or risk exposure should have a minimum threshold of $500,000 to make our services a good value proposition.
